Firstly, this weekend is Independence Day in the US. For the Americans home and abroad, happy Independence Day. As we go into this long holiday weekend, being with friends and family at the BBQ, lets remember the meaning of the day.

While it doesn't quite feel like summer out there today, I am getting in the summer mood as my family get ready to head off on a well deserved vacation. This summer my boys and I will be going CAMPING. Yep, me! Camping! Outside... in nature.
