5 Ways to Wear the Coralie Cowl

What I love about the Coralie Cowl is not only its simplicity, but its warmth and versatility. The yarn used for the sample is Artisan Yarns, Hand dyed Yarns from Hampden Hills Alpacas. The yarn is Alpaca Magic, 100% Baby Alpaca. The yarn is light weight, super soft, and luxurious.

As the weather cools, the Coralie Cowl will be a great piece to ward off the chills. Though the stitch pattern is rather open and airy, the alpaca fibers make this cowl toasty warm. Best of all the piece can be worked in a number of different ways to create different looks.

Express yourself how you want.

Choose the style that fits YOU.

The Coralie Cowl is so fast to make, you can make one in every color to fit your whole wardrobe.

Tardiness of Spring Cowl

Tardiness of Spring Cowl
It's early June in New England and we are still awaiting Spring. Who would have guessed that with frozen fingers and toes, we would still be clinging to our woolies. But, here we are, June 2nd and temps topping out in the 50s. I created the Tardiness of Spring Cowl as my homage to the need for Spring to arrive as we wait, most impatiently.

Add {Tardiness of Spring Cowl} to your Ravelry library now!

This past winter felt endless. The days were short and the nights frigid. We longed for Spring. By April, we were restless as we awaited Spring’s tardy return. The days were slowly getting longer and warmer, but there were still a bit of chill in the air where a lacy versatile cowl can help to drive away the nippiness.

PATTERN NOTES
Tardiness of Spring Cowl is a simple, A-line cowl worked from the bottom up in a lacy mesh pattern. The bottom is wider than the top to allow the piece to sit nicely on the shoulders. Shaping is achieved by changing hook size and gradually adjusting the mesh lace pattern.
