It's official... I can finally tell you!   A crochet design collaboration with KnitCrate and KnitDesigns byTian is now live - Chasmanthe Shawl. This one I've been keeping under wraps for a few months now and I am so thrilled to be able to share it with you. You know that moment when you've create something you absolutely love and so proud of, by you're not allowed to share? That.😍   The Chasmanthe Shawl is a crescent shaped shawl worked from the top down. It begins with a variegated yarn for the body, then transitions into a gradient yarn for the open work edging. The use of the gradient yarn for the edging makes good use of color changes for a dramatic finish with details like a picot edge and lace border. Worked top down, it’s accessible for advanced beginners or intermediate crocheters, and a great way to use up every bit of that special yarn.
